Once again I have to ask you to disregard the text about the Microsoft Group, unfortunately Microsoft cloesd them down and I haven't so far got around to creating something new - I'm sure I will one day but I suspect it will be when I retire!
So, a quick sponsorship update is that I closed the books at £5,300 in total for all the charities, which is a fantastic testament to all of you, thank you so much. Also, the Hemel Hempstead Round Table Society very kindly made a further £100 donation to the Parkinson's Disease Society when I did a presentation on what we'd done - and I got dinner out of it as well - result!!

As with the previous year's End 2 End challenge, blogs weren't really around when we cycled across the Country from Whitehaven to Tynemouth (Irish Sea to North Sea - C2C) in 2005 so I created a Group on MSN at the time.
I posted some photos and general information but had to remove a lot of the pictures due to a lack of space, some of them remain so I thought I'd create this blog as a 'jumping off' point to that group.
At some point in the future I may write it up properly but I suspect it will always be one of those things I mean to get around to. Anyway, if you 'd like to see what's there, please go to:
